Spring Valley Rodent Control

Spring Valley, NV Rodent Control

Roof Rat Control for Spring Valley's Established Neighborhoods

Spring Valley sits just west of the Strip, packed with established neighborhoods, apartment communities and busy commercial corridors like Spring Mountain Road. Restaurants and shopping centers give rats a steady food supply. Mature palms and hedges give them a highway to nearby rooftops.

Kiwi Pest Control keeps them out. Our licensed technicians find how rodents are getting in, remove them and seal your home. Same tech every visit. Pet- and kid-friendly methods. Pests Gone, Guaranteed.

RODENTS WE SEE MOST IN SPRING VALLEY

  • Roof rats: The most common rodent here. They live in palms, citrus and dense shrubs and get into attics through tile gaps and vents.
  • House mice: Get into kitchens, garages and apartments year-round.
  • Norway rats: Occasionally found near commercial areas, dumpsters and drainage channels.

WHY SPRING VALLEY HOMES ATTRACT RODENTS

Many Spring Valley homes were built in the 1980s and 1990s, and roof tiles, vents and soffits have had decades to develop gaps. Restaurants and businesses nearby provide food, and rats don't stay where they eat. In apartment and townhome communities, rodents move between units through shared walls and attics.

HOW WE GET RID OF RODENTS IN SPRING VALLEY

  1. Full inspection: We check roof tile edges, vents, attics, garages, block walls and landscaping.
  2. Removal: Traps and tamper-resistant bait stations go where rodents travel, safely away from kids and pets.
  3. Exclusion: We seal gaps under roof tiles and around vents, pipes and garage doors.
  4. Warranty: If rodents come back between visits, so do we, at no charge.
