North Las Vegas, NV Rodent Control

Rodent Control for North Las Vegas Homes, Old and New

North Las Vegas has two very different sides. Older neighborhoods closer to the city center have mature trees, aging rooflines and dense landscaping that roof rats love. Newer communities on the north edge back right up to open desert, where pack rats and mice live. Both find their way into homes.

Kiwi Pest Control keeps them out. Our licensed technicians find how rodents are getting in, remove them and seal your home. Same tech every visit. Pet- and kid-friendly methods. Pests Gone, Guaranteed.

RODENTS WE SEE MOST IN NORTH LAS VEGAS

  • Roof rats: Common in established neighborhoods with mature trees, palms and hedges.
  • Pack rats: Move in from the desert on the north edge of town, nesting in rock landscaping, sheds and parked cars.
  • House mice: Get into garages, kitchens and walls, especially near new construction.

WHY NORTH LAS VEGAS HOMES ATTRACT RODENTS

Older homes have had decades for roof tiles to shift and vents and soffits to loosen. Mature landscaping gives roof rats cover and food. On the north side, construction keeps clearing desert, pushing pack rats and mice toward finished homes, which often have small gaps around garage doors and utility lines.

HOW WE GET RID OF RODENTS IN NORTH LAS VEGAS

  1. Full inspection: We check roof tile edges, vents, attics, garages, block walls and landscaping.
  2. Removal: Traps and tamper-resistant bait stations go where rodents travel, safely away from kids and pets.
  3. Exclusion: We seal gaps under roof tiles and around vents, pipes and garage doors.
  4. Warranty: If rodents come back between visits, so do we, at no charge.
