Enterprise, NV Rodent Control

Rodent Control for the Fast-Growing Southwest Valley

Enterprise has grown faster than almost anywhere in the Las Vegas valley. Neighborhoods keep pushing south and west into open desert, and every new section displaces the pack rats and mice that lived there. Meanwhile, the first neighborhoods built here now have mature landscaping that roof rats love.

Kiwi Pest Control keeps them out. Our licensed technicians find how rodents are getting in, remove them and seal your home. Same tech every visit. Pet- and kid-friendly methods. Pests Gone, Guaranteed.

RODENTS WE SEE MOST IN ENTERPRISE

  • Pack rats: Displaced by construction on the desert edge, they nest in rock landscaping, garages, sheds and parked cars.
  • Roof rats: Moving into established neighborhoods as palms, citrus and hedges mature.
  • House mice: Get into new homes through small gaps around garage doors and utility lines.

WHY ENTERPRISE HOMES ATTRACT RODENTS

Constant construction keeps pushing rodents out of the desert and toward finished homes. Newer homes often have unsealed gaps at garage corners, roof tile edges and utility penetrations. As landscaping fills in across older sections, roof rats gain food, cover and a path to the roof.

HOW WE GET RID OF RODENTS IN ENTERPRISE

  1. Full inspection: We check roof tile edges, vents, attics, garages, block walls, and landscaping.
  2. Removal: Traps and tamper-resistant bait stations go where rodents travel, safely away from kids and pets.
  3. Exclusion: We seal gaps under roof tiles and around vents, pipes, and garage doors.
  4. Warranty: If rodents come back between visits, so do we, at no charge.
